Universal Air Academy, located at El Monte Airport (EMT) near Los Angeles, is a premier flight school committed to training the next generation of pilots through high-quality, affordable, and safety-focused instruction. We offer both Part 61 and Part 141 programs for a full range of certifications, including Private Pilot Certificate (PPL), Instrument Rating (IR), Commercial Pilot Certificate (CPL), Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Instrument Instructor (CFII), Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI), and Multi-Engine Rating. We train in a diverse fleet of Piper Archers, Cessnas, and Robinson helicopters.
