About
History: Pegasus was started in 2017 by David Ruiz. David was previously the Chief Flight Instructor for Aurora Aviation for over 10 years. David is also a Corporate Pilot and instructs a Corporate flying course at Baylor University. Mission: Pegasus strives to not only create better pilots, but also better people. Pegasus teaches students to be safe and courteous to those they fly with. Curriculum Based Instruction: Our instructors use a syllabus to guide students' learning. Using a syllabus lets a student and instructor maintain steady progress while also ensuring that all the correct information is learned.
