This is Air-Spacers Flying Club @ KSMO. We are a community of pilots of all kinds and experience - from students to airline pilots. Our membership is capped at 65 members. We are always happy to welcome contact or applications from pilots who are interested in joining our club. We do have a wait list at the moment, but with 65 members there is regular movement in and out of the club. We are an equity ownership club and upon joining you will be a part owner of our 5 exceptional aircraft. We have a modern fleet including a Cessna 172M, Cessna 172S with dual GI-275s, Diamond DA40-180 with PowerFlow exhaust, Cessna 182P with a GFC500 autopilot and dual G5s, and a G3 SR20 with G1000. We also have an incredible performer - a Cirrus SR22 on leaseback at an attractive dry rate! Membership in our club comes with a load of privileges that provides a completely different experience from just renting. We do not have minimum charges and our rates are significantly less expensive than occasionally renting from an FBO. You'll get a gate key - so you can simply drive up to your aircraft and go! If you decide to leave the club, you can have the club sell your membership for a small fee or find somebody on your own at no expense to you.
