Welcome to the Hillsboro Flying Club. The Hillsboro Flying Club is a member-owned and operated, not-for-profit organization run by volunteers who love to fly. We are based out of the Portland-Hillsboro (HIO) airport, in Hillsboro Oregon. Member involvement at all levels helps to keep rates low and ensures that the aircraft are clean, well-maintained and carrying the equipment that members want. We own and operate 3 well equipped aircraft. A 1981 Cessna 172, 1975 Cessna 182, and a 1980 Piper Saratoga. Our 182 has dual G5's and a GFC-500 autopilot. The Saratoga has an amazing all glass cockpit with Dual G3X's, GTN 750xi, GFC-500 autopilot, 6 seats and a useful load of almost 1500 lbs. All of our airplanes are IFR equipped. Your membership includes liability insurance. Our rates and plane availability is much better than local FBO's.
