About
New Haven Aviation Center is a FAA Part 61 flight school located at Tweed New Haven Airport (KHVN) in East Haven, CT. We offer training from zero to hero, including Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, CFI, CFII, and Multi-Engine ratings. Our fleet includes Piper Warrior IIs, a Piper Arrow, and a Piper Seminole. We also have a Redbird LD simulator, an in-house ground school, and aircraft rentals. With over 1,500 students trained and an 89% first-try checkride pass rate, we are a proud full-service aviation training center.
