The Northeast Florida Aero Club (NEFLAC) was formed by local pilots in December 2019. The club owns and operates 4 fully IFR certified aircraft with 3 aircraft being TAA: 1) 1967 PA-28-180 Piper Cherokee 'C', with Garmin GFC500 Autopilot, GNX375 Navigator (ADS-B Out/In), dual G5 EFI, GTR225 COM and INS 429 VOR/ILS 2) 1965 C-172F Skyhawk, Air Plains 180HP STC engine, with Garmin GFC500 Autopilot, GTN750 NAV/COM/XPDR/(ADS-B Out/In), dual G5 EFI, GNC255 NAV/COM, Apollo SL15 Audio Panel and GEM 610 engine monitor 3) 1975 C-182P Skylane with Garmin G500 Glass Panel, GTN750 and GTN650 GPS/NAV/COM, GTX345 (ADS-B Out/In) XPDR and GMA350C Audio Panel 4) 1973 C-150L with dual G5 EFI, GNX375 Navigator (ADS-B Out/In), GNC255 NAV/COM, PMA6000B Audio Panel All aircraft are hangared at the Northeast Florida Regional Airport (KSGJ) with 3 aircraft located in the same hangar row. Hangars have a few amenities like small refrigerators, desk, chairs and cleaning and aircraft supplies. NEFLAC membership is almost full but the club continuously accepts applications for the waiting-list in the order which they are received.
